Return of equipment to a different location than directed will result in additional fees. Don't see a relevant choice among the options below? Contact our office for specific directions.
Please return your equipment promptly to avoid late fees.
All long term rentals must be returned in Israel before your departure.

Free drop-off locations:
Jerusalem - free: Drop off your equipment at our Givat Shaul office, accepting returns until 11 PM nightly (except Friday and Saturday nights). See our Contact Us page for hours and directions.
Bet Shemesh - free: The RBS Gelt Center in the main shopping center of Ramat Bet Shemesh Alef accepts TalknSave returns. Please see our Contact Us page for hours and directions.
Menashe Sopher airport shuttle - free: Special for Summer 2012, when you take the Menashe Sopher airport shuttle service to Ben Gurion airport, you can return your equipment directly to the driver - at no charge! To arrange for van service to the airport please call 02-533-3424, or go to www.msopherairport.com to reserve. For students whose flights are on Saturday nights (when the airport post office is closed) this may be your best option for phone return!

By mail - Ben Gurion Airport post office:
You can return your TalknSave equipment at the post office in Ben Gurion Airport in Terminal 3. There is a post office in the shopping area after check-in but before security. Ask the postal clerk for a TalknSave envelope, seal your items inside, hand the envelope to the clerk, and take your receipt. Simple! A $5 fee will be added to your bill. The airport post office is currently open Sunday through Thursday, 7 AM to midnight, and Fridays 1 AM to 1 PM. If you will be in the airport outside of those times, please contact us for alternatives.
If you will flying through Terminal 1, please contact us for alternatives.

By mail - all post offices in Israel:
Mail your equipment back to TalknSave, PO Box 34385, Jerusalem, Israel 91343. We recommend you send your package by registered mail ("doar rishum") for security and tracking information. Registered mail costs about 10 NIS, which you can pay at the post office. No charge will be added to your bill.
Please do not mail your phone to Israel from outside the country. If you did not return your phone in Israel before departure, please contact us for further directions.
Please return your TalknSave equipment back to the location you received it from.

USA:
If you received your equipment by mail or picked it up at our 5 Towns office, you can either use the prepaid UPS envelope enclosed with your package ($9.50 fee), or drop off the equipment at our 5 Towns office (free!).

If you picked up your phone from one of our local representatives in the USA or Europe, please return it to that location upon your return. See our contact us page for location information.

Free group pick up:
If your group has arranged free pickup, a TalknSave representative will meet your group to collect your equipment, or a coordinator will collect all the equipment for return.
