Israel Return - at the AirportYour equipment must be returned to Talk'n'Save's Israel office. We recommend that you drop it off at our office at 11 Beit Hadafus in Givat Shaul, Jerusalem.
However, you may choose to mail it to us from any post office in Israel.
(We strongly do not recommend leaving the equipment with hotel staff or airport security to mail for you!)

There is a post office in Ben Gurion Airport that you can use to return your equipment:
Their hours are as follows:
Sunday-Thursday 7 AM – midnight
Friday 7 AM – 1 PM.
They are closed  entirely on Shabbat, holidays and Saturday nights.

Check your flight information! If the airport post office will be closed when you fly, you MUST arrange to return your modem at a different P.O. or directly to Talk'n'Save!

The airport post office is located in the shopping area immediately after the baggage check desks, on the left side when you are facing security / passport control (look for the red and white sign). Give the package to a postal clerk there.

Cost option one: Use the return envelope provided with your rental, and a $5 fee will be added to your rental. The postage has already been paid!

Cost option two: (recommended) If you choose to pay for the shipping through registered mail (דואר רשום) for extra security and tracking information, you pay that charge at the post office window (roughly 10 NIS) and no fee will be added to your rental.

The mailing address for equipment return is Talk'n'Save, PO Box 43160, Jerusalem, Israel, 91431.

If you are in the airport already and cannot mail the package at the post office, do not attempt to leave the package in a postal box or with an airport representative. Be in touch with Talk'n'Save for further directions.

You are responsible for the equipment until it is received back in our office! Please return the equipment immediately at end of your rental to avoid late fees.

There is a $20.00 fee for returning the equipment to our USA office. If you do not return the package in Israel, once you arrive home CONTACT US for further directions.  Failure to return your equipment in a timely fashion may result in replacement fees and late fees.
