Is your Blackberry compatible with our service? see requirements
Your Blackberry phone must be a GSM (SIM card based) 'world phone' (must work on the 1800 mghz band - check your manual) and must be unlocked.
What does unlocked mean?
"Unlocked" means that the GSM device is not programmed to only work with the SIM card of its original carrier (for example, an AT&T phone may be 'SIM locked' to only work with AT&T SIM cards). Before you travel, be sure to check with your original provider that your phone is unlocked!
Unlocking services are available for some models (not iPhones) at our Jerusalem office only.
