Delivery/Pickup:

  • You may choose to receive your cell phone with the special FREE group delivery at Ben Gurion Airport (at group buses area) upon arrival in Israel. If your group arrives on Friday or Saturday - your cell phone(s) will be Hand Delivered FREE OF CHARGE to your hotel.  
  • You may have your cell phone(s) delivered to any location in Israel. This option is most beneficial for those of your who are arriving before or after the group's arrival date(s).

Included with your cell phone(s):

  • All cell phones come fully charged with an Israeli wall charger and ready to use upon arrival in Israel.
  • Every phone will come with a return envelope for easy return at the "Cellcom Store" in the duty-free area of Ben Gurion airport after you check in your baggage before departure.

Billing/Deposit:

  • As our billing cycle ends on the 20th of each month, you will receive an itemized bill via e-mail at the beginning of the following month for all call usage up until the 20th of the month prior and a few days later your credit card will be charged. Please bear in mind, that many program run through several billing cycles and as such you may get more than one bill depending on your program's dates.
  • All phone rentals will be charged a $39 refundable security deposit as soon as the order is received by Talk'n'Save and will be credited back to the customer on their last bill.
