While there is so much going on in Israel this Pesach, following are just a few of the exciting events and activities for you and your family! Pesach is a very special time to spend in the Holy Land, and here are a bunch of activities that are family friendly to mark the occasion.
Flower Picking Festival
This annual festival begins on April 7th and goes on for about a month and a half. It is open only on Fridays and Saturdays, except on Chol Hamoed Pesach when it opens every day! This activity is super kid-friendly as well as interactive and colorful. Get further details here.
Rita Rudner
On April 9th, Jewish American comedian Rita Rudner will take the stage in Herzliya! Rudner is known for her Las Vegas solo act, and appears regularly on The Tonight Show and on Late Night with David Letterman. She received the American Comedy Award for Funniest Stand Up Comedian. Art of Banksy Exhibition
An exhibition of world-renowned graffiti artist Banksy is opening in Israel! Despite his unique and distinctive style, Banksy’s identity remains unknown. This exhibit runs from April 4th until April 18th, throughout Chol Hamoed. Brand new works will be featured that have never before been on display! Get your tickets here.
Automotor
Israel’s international motor show will take place April 12th-15th this year. This unique car show is dedicated entirely to motors of all kinds and features army vehicles as well as Ferraris and even concepts for futuristic cars. Jerusalem Opera Spring Concert
April 18th marks the grand opening event of the Jerusalem Opera festival that lasts through the spring and summer months. The evening will be an homage to the legendary Enrico Caruso, Italian opera singer. Both Israeli and international opera singers will perform Caruso’s works.
