How do I extend my plan?

If you have a Short-term or Group account with us and you would like to extend your plan, then please contact us so we can tell you the extension rates for your plan.

If you have a Long-term account with us then you will need to contact us to extend the service, it will continue at the same rates unless you choose to change them.

If you have a Prepaid account with us you can extend your plan for another month for the same rate, as long as you contact us before your service ends.
