The phone needs to be returned with the SIM card that was in your phone rental, otherwise, we will charge $10+VAT for the missing SIM card.
When returning a rental phone to TalknSave that does not have a SIM card in it you will need to put some identification note in with the phone.
Identification can be an order number, a rental code, or your TalknSave phone number.
