Out of package calls are calls or texts made that were not included in your plan such as the following:
Calling to a special service number, hotline, or party number, which are not included (i.e. star numbers)
Calling to a country not listed on our site here.
Calling internationally using a different dialling method other than 001(prepaid accounts only 0141) before the area code (in the picture below 0121 dialled in place of)
Sending a Multi-Media message (i.e. a picture sent over text messaging)
If your plan does not include International SMS then this could also be considered a call outside of the package.
The cost is in US dollars before 17% VAT.
