Bell
Eligibility:
According to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), As of December 2017, all private and business customers will have the right to unlock their phones by request free of charge and all new phones must come unlocked.
- Any device provided by a service provider to the customer for the purpose of providing wireless services must be provided unlocked.
- If a device is, or becomes, locked to a service provider’s network, that service provider must unlock the device, or give the customer the means to unlock the device, upon request, at no charge.

Bell requires that your phone was not lost or stolen and account is in good standing. Click here for more information about unlocking your mobile device through Bell or contact customer care at 1-866-302-5922 and they will assist you with unlocking your phone.

Rogers
Eligibility:

To unlock your phone, find your IMEI number by dialing *#06# and contact customer care at 1 877 559-5202. If unlocked by Rogers, your warranty will not be affected
