New Years Eve in Israel has become bigger and bigger in recent years and there are now hundreds of New Years Eve parties across Israel. As well as many other special events, which cater to all musical, cultural, and social tastes. In fact, the hardest thing about spending New Year’s in Tel Aviv these days is choosing what to do. A small piece of advice, though: make reservations, if at all possible, to avoid the terrors of wandering the streets in search of a good party.

The Sixties at Zappa

Looking for a little nostalgia and fun, head to top live music venue the Zappa for a performance by the esteemed cover band The Sixties. The Sixties have almost three decades of experience in Israel and abroad and have a wide repertoire, from the early 60’s with Elvis and Paul Anka covers, to the early 70’s, with renditions of a selection of Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix favorites. Doors open at 20:45 and the concert begins at 22:30.The ticket price includes a glass of champagne to get you in a festive mood.

1984 comes to The Block

This is one of the dazzling club in Tel Aviv that will be dressed up in the 80s style to celebrate New Year’ 18. The fest combines disco, euro pop, new wave: a contribution by DJs Tal Argaman, Idan Gavriel and Tzach. The show starts at 10 PM and cost you only 13 shekels. From 11PM onwards, you will be charged around 40-70 shekels. But the minimum age of entry is restricted to 24.

WOW, what a way to bring in the new year!!! Not only is it the last day of 2017, but it’s also the last day of a spicy NFL season!

Looking for an American New Year? Mike’s Place will be partying to bring in the new year, with DJ’s, live music and of course a free champagne toast at midnight to welcome 2018.

They will also be broadcasting any college bowl games and NBA action that will be live streaming.
