The themes of Purim are food, booze, and joy: sounds just like a party! Here are some of the Purim events coming up in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Join one or more of these parties for an unforgettable Purim experience!
Jerusalem:
Pre-Purim Cooking and Cocktails
JChat, the Jerusalem Community Hub for Anglos and Torah is hosting celebrity chef Danielle Renov. The event will feature two cocktails per person aside from beef chili with an assortment of toppings! Yellow Submarine Psychedelic Party
Come experience the lights and sounds of Jerusalem Purim at the Yellow Submarine party. Here you’ll be sure to find live psychedelic music, a balcony for star-gazing, and some of the most interesting people in the city. There is an organized bus from the center of the city to the venue. Abraham Hostel
The Abraham Hostel in downtown Jerusalem promises you the city’s craziest Purim party! With an outstanding lineup of live music and a visual effects artist, this party will also have a costume competition with prizes. Be sure to book a ticket in advance, because Abraham’s parties sell out fast!
Tel Aviv:
International Synogogue Purim Extravaganza
Come out for some live music, Megillah reading, and an open bar! Entrance is free and costumes are encouraged. A unique Megillah reading will include a simultaneous translation in sign language, and there will be a band playing live music. Book the date by clicking here.
Hollywood Party
This fantasy party will take place at Tel Aviv’s highest rooftop – the 49th floor of the Azrieli towers.
